Fesa's Quality and Technical department work tirelessly to ensure that we fully comply with all current legislation, customer requirements and quality standards, food safety, our own internal policies and the continued maintenance of our BRC accreditation. Their work ranges from regular on site visits to our growers' farms (wherever they are in the world) to ensure compliance regarding any chemical and pesticide usage, to ensuring that the fruit we receive is of the right class, calibre, grade and quality.

Our internal policies are wide ranging and include; Quality, Wood, Allergen, Ethical Trading, Environmental and Genetic Modification policies so that we can ensure that only the highest quality is achieved.

Our team here also keeps up to date with any legislation changes, or upcoming changes, to keep us, and our customers, on the cutting edge of the fresh produce industry.

At Fesa, food safety is just as important to us as to our customers.
